Rates
From $85 to $200 per night, plus 9% New Hampshire meals and rental tax.

Breakfast
A buffet country breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the kitchen and may be eaten with other guests in the dining room or on one of the farm’s three porches.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Smoking
Meadow Wind is a no-smoking establishment; however, smoking is permitted outside.

Pets
We're sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

Children
Children are always welcome.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

• A fifty percent deposit is required when you make your reservation.
• If you cancel your reservation and provide at least 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $15 service charge.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented.
• Full, non-refundable deposits are required for certain peak periods, including fall foliage time.
• Should a cancellation be necessary during a minimum stay period, you shall be responsible for payment of the minimum number of nights unless the room is re-rented.
